Prior to joining LMLC, Eric held CEO positions at Costa Palmas in Los Cabos, a 1,000-acre mixed-use resort community and marina, as well as Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico, where he redeveloped that property into a 130-room ultra-luxury Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel with branded residences. Eric has extensive consulting and development experience for hotel and resort groups such as Hyatt, Hilton, Intercontinental, Marriott, Starwood and Disney.

Eric lives in Spanish Peaks full-time, where he and his family enjoy such outdoor pursuits as skiing, hiking, mountain biking and golf.
