Ben Tucker

Senior Vice President, Construction

Ben Tucker is the Vice President of Construction for Lone Mountain Land Company where is responsible for the coordination, execution and quality of construction activities across all of the company’s projects including at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Town Center and Workforce Housing. Ben brings to his role over 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience that spans a range of suburban, urban and resort projects in the corporate, education, institutional, and hospitality markets.

Prior to joining LMLC, Ben served as President of Chapman Construction/Design where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations, strategic planning, financial performance, safety and construction implementation. Previously, Ben held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle as well as at Skanska USA. Ben received his B.A. from Hobart College and his Master of Architecture as well as his Master of Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a licensed construction supervisor, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Passive House Builder.
